Through cooperation, sharing among colleagues and practical support, Manusfabriken aims to create the conditions to strengthen and showcase West Swedish scriptwriters.

Work places for writers

We have gathered the writers under a single roof. Manusfabriken offers a number of work places for professional scriptwriters and announces residencies twice a year.
Project development

We cooperate with several production companies. We start up writers’ rooms or add to an existing team with writers from our network.
Script feedback

Manusfabriken offers feedback on individual projects via Lindholmen Science Park project funding. We work in a group to be able to offer the most in-depth feedback possible.
Script Labs

Manusfabriken arranges Script Labs, in which writers focus on their projects for several days.
Masterclasses

Manusfabriken arranges masterclasses in film and writing to inspire and raise the level of scripts.
International partnerships

Manusfabriken has an international perspective and works actively to increase its collaboration with international players.
